I need some advice about tendinitis?

About six months ago I was diagnosed with tendinitis. When he was diagnosed, I got a couple of wear during two weeks. During that time, the pain was well, until I took the tie to take a shower. When I did, the pain returned worse than ever. After two weeks, my hand was better for about a week, then the pain returned every day. In general, it is good, but sometimes I'll hit something or someone is going to take my wrist and I'm very impressed with dibilitating pain. My options include physical therapy, do nothing and try to be cautious, or to obtain a cast. Distribution would force me to rest the tendon for several weeks. Does anyone have experience to share? I like some advice on what the best option. This worries me a lot and I would like some information. Thanks!

Well, you may not tendinitis (which is an inflammation), but tendinosis (which is a real tendon degeneration). The key aid and you can not use the tendons, but – as seen – right out of you're back to square one. The inflammation usually disappears in two weeks, especially if it is blocked the area, but obviously it does not happen to you. NSAIDs, ice and the other always to combat tendinitis does not work for you, because you're not inflamed.
